Alien.py not working

I have installed my grid certificates on a globus folder both in lxplus and on my laptop, I have build O2Physics and I have checked that my certificates are working on VOMS, yet, when I am on the O2Physics environment and I try to run alien.py in the globus folder, it displays the following message:

Check the logfile: /home/narcio/alien_py.log
The status code indicate that your certificate is not authorized.
Check the correct certificate registration into ALICE VO

Thanks, I had already done that, I go to:
https://lcg-voms2.cern.ch:8443/voms/alice/user/home.action
And it shows that I am a member.
