Building curl 7.70.0 on macOS Sonoma fails

hi,
I have a problem with building Aliroot. Specifically the building fails for curl 7.70.0 with a configure: error: --with-ssl was given but OpenSSL could not be detected
Has somebody encountered a similar issue and might be able to assist me in solving this problem ?

Did you manage to solve the issue ?
I have also faced the same problem while building O2Physics in Mac Sonoma. Is curl is important to build Aliroot ? I guess, the issue can be solved by disable the curl and openssl.

Sadly I haven’t been able to solve the problem yet. I uploaded the log file to Cernbox so maybe I am missing something that could help solve the problem.
