Building QC fails on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi Experts,
I am building QC on Ubuntu 18, but with older O2 (2-3 months older). It fails in between, as the Log is attached here.

Hi Himanshu,

are you trying to build the current version of QC master? I think this will not work with an old O2 version, so I would suggest to first update O2 and also alidist.

Now I am trying to build the O2. It went well, but fails while building O2.
It complains about missing package FFTW3 as it can be seen in the logs
But this package is already installed on the PC with its latest version.

libfftw3-dev is already the newest version (3.3.7-1).
