Edit: I solved the problem with: sudo apt-get -y install gtk-doc-tools
I also get error when building lhapdf@v6.2.1-alice2
Solution : sudo apt-get install python-dev-is-python3
I had this problem when i upgraded ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04, it was solved after installing them, is it possible to check dependencies for ubuntu 22.04?
