[CMake] O2 without ALICEO2_MODULAR_BUILD?

I was wondering if we still have some usage of building without ALICEO2_MODULAR_BUILD variable set ?

Asking because removing right away that part from the CMakeLists.txt and O2Dependencies.cmake would already be a step forward to better/clearer cmakefiles.

I am also interested in this. I personally do not use it.

I think we should simply deprecate it and if someone complains they should explain why they cannot use aliBuild now, like the rest of the collaboration…

You can prepare the PR, but I guess we need at least a discussion in WP3 first.
