I had a quick look at the log file, there are many errors from boost histograms. Maybe this is related to the issue discussed in this JIRA ticket. But I am not sure, maybe more expert people can comment.
In any case, it would be helpful, if you could provide some more information, like you operating system, which command you used to compile, if you were able to compile O2 before…
