I would like to know, is there any instruction how to safely upgrade FLP suite or is it safe by de? Our FLP suite was installed at the beginning of august 2019.

We are currently preparing the release of FLP Suite v0.2.
It will include instructions on how to upgrade from FLP Suite v0.1.
Do you know if you installed the tagged v0.1 suite (end of July) or the latest available dev at the time of installation ?

We are currently preparing the release of FLP Suite v0.2, our target data is end of next week. We plan to include upgrade instructions. If you can wait until v0.2 is out, then it should be ok.
BTW, which setup would you like to upgrade ?

I saw that you have included ALF into FLP suite 0.2, and we are considering to use and test it. So, we can wait for release, we are not hurry
