Dear experts,
when using the metapackage alisw/system-deps/o2-full-deps there are 4 packages in versions creating incompatibilities with several O2 packages either in the build process with compiler errors or when running the application due to undefined symbols (i.e. Readout):
- arrow
- boost
- grpc
- protobuf
It is probably the safest to remove the packages from the homebrew metapackage and use the versions shipped with aliBuild. Would it be possible to fix the meta package? Problem happened both on Mojave and Catalina. Problems appeared i.e. in DDS, FairRoot, O2 and Readout.
