O2 building fails on Mojave

Dear all,

I am trying to compile O2 on MacOS Mojave, but when it gets to compile O2 compilation fails.
I tried to do it both for o2 and o2-dataflow defaults, through the command

aliBuild build O2Suite --defaults o2

Log file is

https://cernbox.cern.ch/index.php/s/RcgVFmpVhE8cmE1

and seems to complain about FAIRROOTPATH variable not being set. Before compilation I tried aliDoctor and the settings seem to be ok. Outfile with aliDoctor messages is

https://cernbox.cern.ch/index.php/s/ItrMC5wtr0djIx6

I am compiling not inside a container.

Any suggestion on how to fix the issue?

I think you are missing aliBuild init O2
