I do have problem with O2 compilation on macOS (xcode 15.0.1)

XCode 15.0.1 is unsupported for now. You need to bump boost to 1.82.0. See:

Did you compile full O2 on the arm64?

Yes, I use XCode 15 on ARM on Ventura as my daily driver. It looks like you are mixing X86 and ARM code. Maybe you have something old in your SW area?
