QCG OpenId failed

Dear all,

This morning, when I open QCG it usually returns “OpenId failed”. Does QCG has any problem? Or it just not work for me?

I just tried myself and it works just fine. Could you try to open qcg in an incognito mode?

I observe the same issue as well. When I try to connect to https://qcg-test.cern.ch/?page=objectTree, I log in with my CERN credentials and get the same error message.

I don’t know exactly, what you mean by “incognito mode”. But I tried something else: When I (after the first attempt and therefore being logged in) remove in the url everything except https://qcg-test.cern.ch/ and reload the page, it works fine.

Incognito mode looks like not work for me. Actually some time QCG is work. And sometimes not.

Nothing was changed from our side. My best guest is that the CERN authentication systems are having a little bit of difficult time but we also increased from our side the timeout for the request to help in that matter.

Please let us know if problem persists, if not feel free to close the topic

Hi,

the problem is sometimes still present, also one of my colleagues observed it this morning, but simply reloading the page one or two times solves it. So I guess, this ticket can be closed.
