Skimming TF files?

Is there by chance an existing program / library that can be used to read only one (or a group of) detectors’ data from a full TF file and write only those parts into a new file ?

within the O2 there is no such a code (but the reader can read only selected detectors data). Perhaps @gneskovi has such utility.
